天然高分子材料（淀粉、蛋白质）的改性及结构研究，生物质功能高分子结构与性能

主持国家自然科学基金面上项目3项；以及国家科技部中小型科技小型企业创新、陕西省科技统筹创新、陕西省自然科学基金项目等20多项。参编中文教材及专著4部，参编英文专著2部；发表论文200多篇，其中SCI收录论文40多篇，EI收录论文80多篇；获得国家科学技术进步二等奖1项，获得陕西省技术发明二等奖1项，陕西省科学技术奖励一等奖1项。
